Conventional and organic
Hennessy Food offers a range of formulas to meet all your fresh-cut needs:
HFC-10: a calcium ascorbate blend; certified Kosher; no GMOs, allergens or sulfites
HFC-16: an ascorbic acid and calcium carbonate blend – now also OMRI-listed, certified for organic use (in addition to conventional use); certified Kosher; no GMOs, allergens or sulfites
HFC-90: just for potatoes, a healthier, ascorbic acid-based formula without sodium metabisulfite; certified Kosher; no GMOs, allergens or sulfites

All of our products:
Are specifically designed for fresh-cut produce: Our products can be used by fresh-cut wholesale processors, as well as at retail and foodservice level.
Begin with the finest raw ingredients: Our products are a blend of vitamins and minerals. All of our ingredients are U.S. Pharmacopeia and Food Chemicals Codex certified, and otherwise meet U.S. and Canadian food standards including Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS). We inspect all ingredients upon arrival to us, and test them for purity.
Are manufactured to the highest standards: After we blend our ingredients, we test all finished products to ensure they meet Hennessy standards for microbial and blend accuracy. Our customers receive a Certificate of Analysis with each order.
Are packaged and stored for efficacy: We package our finished products in tamper-evident containers, and store them in our own food-grade, climate-controlled, registered facility.
Are traceable: For easy traceability, each container is stamped with a lot number, and lot numbers are included on customer invoices and packing slips.
Meet dietary and health restrictions: Our products do not contain GMOs, allergens or sulfites, and are Kosher-certified. Halal certification is coming soon.
